Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Damage/Defective/Missing Items: Please inspect all items in your shipment. If you find any merchandise damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. All Claims must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Returns: All Returns not the result of damage or defect are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping Information:
We ship using UPS Ground. If you require other methods please provide us with the information. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 2 - 3 Business days. If your order needs to go out faster than that, please contact us to arrange it.

Are all of these works copy right protected? Yes. Every image we have is copy right protected by the artist and can NOT be used to produce any other product without authorization. We do have a license with each artist to produce these items.
Do greeting cards come with envelopes? Yes. Each pack of cards come with 6 envelopes.
Are the prints protected in shipping? Yes. Each print is individually wrapped with a thick card board backer to keep it safe.
